My Monthly Lifestyle Favorites — July 2020

Sharing these items is an indulgence given all the serious news out there, so I always appreciate your clicks and claps!

With July over, it’s feeling like summer has flown by without any celebration or vacation! I’m hoping to clock in a few hours at the neighborhood pool since my beach vacation isn’t until October. Mostly I’ve been working from home, focusing on weight loss and yoga, and watching YouTube videos. Oh, and some light shopping. For cardio.

Auden Lightly Lined Wirefree Bra from Target, $15

Everyone says we’re forever changed after this pandemic. That was certainly true when it came time to put on a normal bra a few weeks ago.
